The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) seeks a full-time Marketing Associate to plan, create, and coordinate marketing efforts for our Programs Department.
We need a high-energy, highly-organized person who looks forward to working on a variety of different projects every day and has the organizational skill and flexibility to manage change effectively. You must have at least 3 years of previous experience in marketing and solid skills in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and you must have prior experience with both direct mail and email marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for taking each marketing project from start to finish -- from design to delivery. You’ll be a part of a comprehensive and fast-paced team in our Programs Department and will also work closely with your counterpart in our Publications Department to carefully coordinate marketing, messaging, and strategy and to develop joint marketing campaigns.
A typical day might include coordinating customized marketing campaigns for different events; planning and executing direct mail and email campaigns; updating and designing web site content; developing branded collateral for events; analyzing and reporting on the results of marketing initiatives; and developing and cultivating segmented mailing lists. Your efforts will ensure that our continuing legal education programs are creative, delivered to the appropriate audience, and effective.
